Anywhere have batts on sale?
I had one today get a hotspot, and would not turn off. Parrot says its toast, but it's out of warranty, so time to buy again.

A spot on the battery that was physically hot to the touch. Usually from shorted battery.

Maybe you could replace the cells in the defective battery with larger ones. Carefully of course.
