One of my batteries after a crash keeps flashing 4 red leds. Even after resetting (15” power button push) it doesn’t charge... what happened?

Have you measured the voltage on the battery ouput pins? Does it flash 4 red LEDs all of the time or just when you press the button on it? Is the battery damaged and what happens when you try to charge it via the USB-C connector?
No, didn’t measure the voltage. Flashes only if I press the button and stops if I reset it (15 seconds press). If I try to charge it nothing happens: all leds off.
