BeBop Pro Thermal Drone

I use a Samsung Tab E and Samsung T S3 which both work fine. I have a question about transferring the images from the drone memory t my tablet. Does any one know how to keep the radiometric signal on the image. When I do the transfer to my tabley, I lose the radiometric signal. Please let me know what I may be doing wrong.
