Camera fuzzy in video record only, photos are flawless

I am stumped on this one guys any ideas?!

It looks like the video part was taken in a lower light level then the photo. I see a similar effect with my videos in low light. If your using the skycontroller 2, you can use the right finger wheel to adjust brightness of the camera.
