Connection issue

I tried searching the threads and could not find my exact issue. I am hoping there is a fix.

I cannot seem to figure out where the connection issue is but the app is not talking to the drone. The controller is solid blue and I can move the gimbal. So the controller is connected. I have plugged my phone into the controller and can see the controller is connected on the app, battery life and was able to calibrate it. But the app shows no connection to the drone. I have plugged the controller into the drone directly, no change. I have connected my phone to the drone wifi, connectiom successful but no change in the app. The drone is not listed in my list of drones when I try to choose it that way. I have done a hard reset on it, nothing. Did the same to the controller and no change. I have used multiple different cords, including the ones that came with it. Everything is fully charged. I even tried with a different phone and downloaded the app fresh on that one. The drone did sit for a couple of years and it was working fine before it sat. Please I am hoping this can be fixed. Thank you!
 
I'm having the same issue; connection is inconsistent. Works one day, not the next. My controller indicator light flashes a blinking white and claims there is no drone available.
