Got a "cosmetic damage only" Anafi from Amazon and found props fitted and supplied as spare have gouges. I'm not happy to fly like this so I got some replacements but I'm also raising the issue with Amazon as that could have been an expensive prop failure. I've seen a couple of guides on youtube for replacing props, but they seemed to be muddling through it and doing things I wouldn't necessarily (mixing props form different manufacturers), the manual doesn't seem to cover it, so is there a good guide to follow to mak esure I do it correctly?

Thanks

Thanks, I saw that guy and he does cover it mostly although he doesn't seem to know what the numbers are for on the props which is also what I'm wondering. Also, he just replaces the damaged prop but I'd want to at least do them in pairs if not all at once. Maybe my caution comes from my old RC plane days where the sightest imbalance could be a disaster but these new drones have sophisticated control systems to cover some of these problems.

Here is guide that comes with the official Anafi Props.
