Drone not lifting off and when press take off its very loud

Hi,

I have not used my drone for about 2 years. I had to replace one of the arms so took it all apart, now the drone won't take off. When I press take off all 4 motors/propellers turn but its very loud is that normal? Also when I put my hand over I can feel the air coming up the way rather than like a downdraft to lift it off the ground. What have I done wrong or what could I check?

Propellers are on wrong. You have to note which ones have a hole in the middle verses the ones that do not.

I put them on right but it isn’t lifting off still
