I tried getting the same angle. Really not sure what is up with your gimbal - maybe try taking a photo side on like mine to compare.

My gimbal touch the plate inside the orange. Your gimbal no?

No, there is a small gap.

Maybe it just that piece is not correctly aligned. Undo the screw slightly using Torx T4 driver, see if you can move the piece around.
 
This is my situation. Based on your experience, can i solve it by myself? Or is my gimbal too close to the drone's body? Thanks!!

Like I said I would first lossen that piece that is held on by the screw - then check that the gimbal moves ok. It is possible that piece is not correctly positioned.

Also it might not be that piece causing the problem, hence why I say check that first.
