Is this normal quality for the Anafi shooting raw when zoomed in?

Hi, I’ve noticed when taking photos and I manually zoom in when viewing the photos they look like the image pictured, today was very good lighting but there is no detail and it looks noisey and like an oil painting.

So is this just the small sensor or the image stabilisation
If it is then the Anafi is a shocking drone for image quality

One of the zoom modes isnt lossless the other one is but you cant zoom in as good. Looks like you have lossless turned off.

I should have explained better maybe, this is zoomed in on my phone when viewing the actual RAW image
