Manufacturers approved repair centre ?

Have had to send mine back to the retailer and have got an email acknowledgement that they have received it. It's a pretty generic email but it does go on to say

the item will be "sent to the manufacturers approved repair centre". I didn't think Parrot had any of these ? If anybody knows otherwise please let me know.

Anyway :- Christmas Glass half full ?

They do. The last replacement I got from Parrot on my Anafi came from a repair center in Canada this one has been working for 7 months no issue. I do not recall the name of the company possible someone Canada has input.
