hi just got anafi drone had bebop 1 for a few years it was great.
practicing my anafi today got caught in branch now my camera won't move I'm gutted

thanks I will do looking through it now it looks like I going up a mountain .
had mail back from parrot sent them pics & video hope it's quick I got this drone to photograph my daughter's wedding don't want to go back to bebop 1

no news yet from parrot sent them photos & video serial number & receipt.
heard nothing since .

got a £630 drone only had a week I can't use

parrot couldn't help but got it exchanged for new one .

I don't understand? Parrot did not figure out why it crashed and they just exchanged it or you had to get the retailer to exchange it because Parrot would not?

I sent videos and photos they replied I had to take to shop and exchange.

I have watched you tube videos of anafi unboxing, and my camera didn't move the same when turned on .
in thinking it was faulty gimble.

although I've had bebop 1 for a few years I still feel new to drones .
I'll be very happy to learn tips and ideas on here
