No login on my.parrot cloud im Freeflight Pro

On my old tablet I can still see my flights. My phone was reseted and I had to install again the Freeflight Pro with dificult and I can´t log in on it. So only on the tablet it works well.
D@mn, it has been awhile since you posted here!

In FFPro Ivcan use flightplan logged off and probably follow me mode. No real reason to login to Parrot, all flights are saved on your app.

"on iOS the connection to the site of parrot and feasible so the servers are still active I don't know where the problem comes from. to be able to use it on Android you have to find the OBB file corresponding to the version of the application, otherwise freeflight pro will return an error message. "

^ OMG that is true! I am able to see my flight log on ffpro with ios device but not android!

Why do you think the OBB is an issue? Lets get this working on android guys, now that we know this info. Apple also uses feet, while android stuck in meters. Android users ffpro mentions a missing token i think the link is just bad could probably be fixed easily

Since you have a working install on the tablet you can use your computer to copy the files needed.

Navigate to

/Android/obb/com.parrot.freeflight3 and copy the contents to a folder.

Connect your phone and copy the contents into the same directory on your phone.

Now we know what the problem is has anyone found a fix for android users? There has to be a way to bring back the flight log display on the app. I can't remember what caused it to disappear playstore requirement update or the actual FFPro android update.

The error says "Missing Authentication Token" when trying to login for android users on the FFpro app while trying to login, for apple users it works. They can view their flights and login.

If we uninstall the latest version of FFPro for android and roll back to an older version of FFPro APK (I dunno at what version the issue started) We might be able to get it to work. Any volunteers or is anyone already flying on an older ffpro that wants to report if our flight logs are visible via older app like they should be?

No Mike the copying of the .obb from an android that you have not logged out from to one that is new doesnt work! This is a different issue. Dont log out of your parrot account on ffpro for android device if you are logged in or once logged out there is no way to log back in! Because app has a dead link to login page
