Parrot Anafi AI turns off automatically

Hi guys. I have a problem with my Parrot Anafi AI. When i turn it on with the Skycontroller, both get linked, but a few minutes later the drone turns off automatically, but it's not completly. What i mean, the battery powers off but the drone not, because the gimbal and the stereo cameras don't perform the power off laying back action, and when i try to power on again the drone, this does not react with any verification of the motors or another action. So at the end i have to put off the battery and repeat the steps given before. I've been searching for solutions on internet but there's no information about this issue. Thanks a lot.
