Parrot replaced my brand new, 5000 eur worth, non-working warranty drone Parrot Anafi Ai with two years old scratched with signs of disassembly "fully functional reworked unit". That's all you need to know about the Parrot warranty. Never agree to warranty repairs, only money back.

I communicated with the seller and directly with Parrot SA. Parrot does not want to communicate directly, so they referred me to the dealer. We refused to accept a reworked drone and informed the seller that we would take legal action to recover the payment and all incurred damages. The drone has now been sent back to France, and the seller assured us it will be replaced with a new one under warranty. Otherwise, we will pursue reimbursement and damages through the court. It’s been almost a year already, so the claim will be substantial.
