parrot anafi tbermal drone gimbal problem

Hi so i have a Parrot Anafi Thermal Drone i wrecked it and the gimbal wont hold my camera level and i cant move my camera but it still takes good footage and i can zoom in and out. So I tried getting a hold of parrot and they stopped answering me so I then tried drone nerds and they quoted me 1500 dollars to fix it does that sound about right?

Sounds like a lot of money to me to invest for a repair and who knows what else could be damaged during crash
I think price for new thermal is around $2k, is that right?
You could try to fix on your own if not save or sell off parts

BestBuy has the Thermal for $1899. If I was looking at 1500 to repair or 1899 for brand new, I think I would go 1899 and have extra batteries, charger, case, and parts.

I always part my Anafi drones out and by another . Parrot support is not very good however, I like the overall intergration with Flight Plan. 1500 makes no sense on a 1900 drone. I have totalled my DJI Inspire drones and it never cost more then 800. from DJI repair on a 3000 drone.
