Parrot spare part support

When looking for consumable parts on Parrots impressive site, I see spare propellers at £4.99. So, I go to order some, only to be met with “available soon” ...??
Contacted Parrot customer support, they replied saying “ they didn’t know when”....and then had the nerve to classs my mail as “ Resolved”
WTF kind of customer support is that...??... its a £0.001 moulded consumable part..... how come they can’t stock these !!!!!!

I would buy Mambo propellers on Amazon. They are not originally Parrot, but ok.
