1. Read your manual. ...and then read it again. I know it doesn't cover everything
and doesn't explain some things well, but it's a great place to start and you should
do it anyway. Manuals can be downloaded from Parrots web site.

2. Use the search function. Chances are, your problem has already been covered.
You'll get your answer faster that way, as well. There are some great How-To's
and tutorials that can answer many of your questions or problems on youtube also.

3. Please put (at least) your country in your avatar. If there is someone near you that can help
you in person, they can see where you are.

4. There are no dumb questions. If you don't know something or understand
something, please ask. Especially if you don't understand some advice you
are given. No one will look down on you. We were all beginners once and
we haven't forgotten that.

5. Provide as much information as possible in the proper section of the forum.
  • Is the quadcopter brand new?
  • Have you done any firmware updates?
  • What version of firmaware are you running?
  • What happened right before the problem? Did you do an update, crash the quadcopter or something else?
* Providing as much information as possible will get you a faster answer
and a more accurate answer!

6. If your question doesn't get answered right away, please be patient. If you feel that your
problem or question has gotten lost in the rush of posts, just politely
bump it up. Do not be demanding about it. This is a peer-to-peer support
group and we don't get paid to do this.

7. Be polite, courteous and don't use adult language.

8. We are not affiliated with Parrot. We can answer most questions and
provide solutions to most problems, but ultimately, we may have to
refer you to Parrot for a resolution.

9. Always use your own judgment on any advice you are given. We have
a large number of very knowledgeable and experienced people here,
but sometimes, inaccurate information slips through.
