S7edge keeps charging off my controller!

I even enabled developer options. I cannot stop my phone from draining my controller when USB is plugged in. In the drop down I select transfer files but it changes itself back to "charge this phone" it is truly making me angry. Any ideas or other people with same issue?

Hi. There is no need to get angry as all Android phones and tablets will drain your controllers battery and you cannot stop them from doing so.
