Finally unboxed the gift of an Anafi Extended after receiving it a few years ago, I know, very lame!
I've been successful doing an indoor hop and will soon go outdoors and try it having properly registered it and completed the testing requirement.
However FreeFlight indicates an update is available (1.8.2, currently 1.3.2) so I proceeded to accomplish that but it gets as far a the firmware download and then stalls with sending to drone, left it running last night until the batteries gave out, never gets to update and reboot.
Tried to contact support but that chokes on my serial number (odd) and I can find no e-mail to send the question to and the US support number doesn't work as I saw in another thread as well as my attempt this morning.
I'm stumped, thoughts?
