Which version of Android are you using? Are you trying to connect with the controller, or just to phone?
If with controller, then do this:
Turn on the drone.
After the initialization (gimbal and props) it should emit a blue light at the bottom.
Open up your controller, then place your phone in the slot.
Connect the included cable to the controller, then the phone.
It might ask you if you would like to automatically open FreeFlight6 if you connect the controller.
Open up the app.
The controller should have a blinking blue light. If the connection between the controller and the drone is complete, then the blinking will stop, and it'll switch to solid blue.
At this time both the drone and the controller should have a solid blue light and you should see the camera feed on the phone.
If you're using the phone, you should see a WiFi network with the same name as in the sticker inside the carry care for the drone. That sticker has the SSID and the password for the network.
If you can't see the WiFi network or the controller cannot connect to the drone, hold the power button on the drone until red lights show on the battery and keep holding until it disappears (few seconds). That resets the drone to it's default settings.
