Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Exiting FF6 Question

I'm just getting started with my new Anafi, but have a question about the FF6 app and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. I bought the Redmi 5 specifically because it was listed as compatible with FF6 on the Parrot website. Here's my question - once I open the FF6 app, I can't find a way to close it other than shutting down and rebooting my phone. In other apps, there is the virtual square, circle and triangle buttons, corresponding to "open new app", "Home screen" and "back button", respectively. None of these are shown when FF6 is open. Is there a way to get out of FF6 that I'm not seeing?

I get the same thing but all you do is swipe up from the edge and the triangle will appear or at least it does for me. I think its the bottom edge but if not try them all.
