So looking at the pin out for the Anafi battery I am guessing the two larger connections are the +&- for the mains and all the smaller ones send information about battery condition to the FC board. My question is has anyone tested to see which one is negative and which one is positive yet?

No have never thought about what is what. But a simple measurement with a voltmeter reveals that there is +8.2 volt on the right connector of a fully charged battery. ;)

Regards Leif.

I’m the kind of person who has to use third party charger but with the Anafi, I’m finding the internal charging via the USB is fantastic. I’ve got four batteries now and can pop up anytime anywhere. I got a train yesterday in slo mo that was good enough to stop the frames on the intricate graffiti shots I wanted. Seriously love this drone. It’s such a handy camera and incredibly trustworthy.

when use voltmeter I think it very complicated cause the battery in off , is voltmeter work? or we can see the voltage very fast after we push the power on.

It is not healthy to think so much. ;) Jokes aside. :)

There is the full battery voltage on the terminals all the time. It's not the voltage at the terminals you turn off/on when pressing the button but the battery sends a signal to Miss Anafi's computer to wake or sleep through some of the 8 small terminals.

I can see that the battery I was measuring on had already started to self-discharge. :cautious:

Regards, Leif.
