I just discovered Panoramas and created my first 360 Sphere panorama. Amazing stuff!

How to export this panorama? What file formats are involved? Which formats are best for which web sites?

You can find the 360 file on your phone, it’s a jpeg file.
I usually upload my files on momento360, as this one
