App crashes Huawei P30

Why is this hapening, anybody have same problems, i rolled back older version of android, reinstall app, tried from play store, deleted cache etc. And it always crashing... You can see on video

Why is this happening to your P30? Its because your phone is not supported by Parrot.

But it was worked before more than a month...

I have the P30 Pro and have no issues with the application, either the unmodded one direct from Google Store or our modded version, both work perfectly fine.

Could be down to some other package you have on the phone. If possible and you have the time, do a backup, then do a factory reset and set the P30 back up as a new phone, put FF6 on as the only application and test.

Mine currently has my applications for FF6, DJI Go, plus the usual drone flyers goodies, and all works great.

I was tried with rolling back android, because it start with this problem after update before month and half or two... And same situation when i was on older version, and to be clear it was clean installation of android everything setted up from start, but again same situation, really frustrating, i have other phone from work luckily everything works fine on that phone, but i dont want to use that phone for fly... Like i said really frustrating situation...

Yes very odd of you have rolled back and using a clean install. Mind is on the latest version of Google and has the latest Huawei security updates. If you have done everything as per a new phone, then its really odd and I cannot think of anything else to try

Me to... Android 10. Emui 10.1.0.
At first setup it goes ok when i finish with everythimg and for example want to go back mirror for flying to home page of the app, it crashes... And like i said it really started to piss me off...

Lots of people with same problem since that last update month ago....at first i thought it is the revenge of chinese government for that nasty add by parrot( ?) but it doesnt seem to be case.....it looks like p30 and p40 are getting really hot since last update,core processors is running 100 % all the time,bettery is draining fast and apps like crome,youtube etc. are crashing.....some people are blaming facebook app because it is running in background all the time and its making processor work really hard thus crashing other apps......i would start by going to
Settings
hit Apps
hit Facebook
hit Force Stop to shut down app.
Now test freeflight6,see if its crashing...if its still crashing repeat same thing with all the other apps till Freeflight6 stops crashing
You can also try to figure which app is causing problem by going to Settings,Memory and looking at the list of apps that are using most of memory or working in background and try to close them all

It start exactly before two or three last update, i figured out that from start, hut like ibsaid i was rolling back don't kjow now what update number but maybe it has problems same like this one (last), i will try today that option with force stop facebook, ofcourse its on top off app which are consuming a lot of processor.
Thank you for your sugestion, i will write when i try this method.

Tried to force stop facebook, still same ..it happens, again app crashes, i was used my phone from work, and everything fine, and after i take several shots now i need to send to my phone because im downloading directly to phone, really frustrating...

Like I said before, your phone is not in the list. Yes it worked before but as you can see it does not anymore. You are wasting your time trying to solve your problem. Send in a request to Parrot to add your phone to the list.

Hmm but why would they take off from the list?
