Baterry is failing after 286 charging cycles.

Hello aga;in , yes i still fly Anafi and yes i still enjoy it. I have 2 baterries and the older one is failing anyone tried to assemble a 18650 cell battery pack and is it worth it or should i go the easy way and change the cells?

Go for the Samsung 18650, yes it’s worth it, I have two flight packs and about to make some more.
I should point out my batteries are for the disco.
