Bebop 2 limited to 30 meters.!

Hey guys, I'm new here so thank you. I recently picked up a Bebop 2 but have been having an issue with flying over 39 meters. I've checked the settings, and I've out it up to 150m and in Fly & Film on FreeFlight Pro its limit is still 30m. I've searched online and even sent a request to Parrot support.

Hmmm, strange. So are you saying you moved the slider in FreeFlight pro (settings / safety) to 150m but when you look in the app next time the slider is set to 30m? I've never had that with mine. Maybe try uninstalling and re-installing the app?

No, the slider always stays at at 150m in the settings, but when I'm flying the drone, the altitude reading caps out at 30m and turns red.

How odd. Maybe a hard reset the drone will cause it to re-sync with the app? (hold power button for 15s when the drone is on and wait for it to re-boot - note this will erase any media on the drone)
