hi there,

i am just new with the anafi and all is going well, except the arcade mode.

i use rc-models to fly, do hanggliding and other flyght simulators. now normaly when you
pusch the controlstick forward, the plane goes DOWN. not so an arcade mode, when i push
forward (left controlstick) the drone goes UP. that is VERY confusing! can anyone tell me
how to alter this stearing behavior on arcade mode?

thanks, claudio from switzerland.

It might depend on what Mode you have it set to. Mode 2 is default and might not be what you are used to. Go into your settings and try a different Mode setting.

there are only two control modes: classic or arcade... to adjust in settings. in arcade mode, the control stick on the left is what i want to have it different: when pushing forward, the camera (and drone) should go DOWN.

OK so I have never tried arcade mode but does not the main settings for control stick not over ride what you use in arcade mode?

no, it does not. the arcade mode does it's own setting:

Arcade mode switches the drone into a flight mode where it goes where the camera/image is pointing, akin to a computer game, hence the name.

Look/point up and when you push forwards the drone will fly upwards in the direction it is looking/pointing.

If you want to fly like a traditional rc, don't use arcade mode.

ok, i found the solution how to fly ANAFI like a real aeroplain or rc model:
- start and fly up 1m
- switch into arcade mode
- go into setting -> comtrols
- on top right tap -> arcade
- now yiu have a selection of a few option
- choose the first left.

this behavior is only adiustable when the drone is flying, that was the problem i could not resolve. so, get it up :)

if you want to fly like a real plane, set it up like this.
