New guy here. Went to fly my anafi the other day and had no function on controller working other than take off and land. Everything stays in a padded case so no damage when transporting. Went to turn the controller off and it would bit power off. Called parrot and was told to open the transmitter unplug the battery move sticks to discharge system the try again. Asked if it would void my warranty and was told no. Unit still wouldn't wiser off. Now parrot is fussing about the unit being opened. Open for suggestions.

Send them a copy of the email they sent you telling you to open the controller. When did you get this new email from them stating they are fussing about you opening the controller?
