Hello
I did not use FlightData Manager for few years. Yesterday I installed it on a latest win 10 pc (21H1) but cant get it to connect to parrot cloud. I'm getting error message about "blahblah check name or password or internet connection" from flightdata manager.
My parrot account is ok, I can send my flight data (with json) via email from freeflight pro, but flighdata manager refuses to connect to parrot cloud. any advice? It integration still live in 2022?
Thank you

THanks a lot, @mikeexplorer . How old is your account - do you use user id or email address to access your information in flightdata manager?
I unpacked pc which I did not use for several years and found that I used "user id" (not email address) in the past to acceess my data in flightdata manager . My parrot account is very old - pre 2017

finally I've figured it out. If you try to request to reset password parrot system would put a temporarty block on your account which will be removed once you complete reset step. However password reset step can't be completed because webpage to reset password uses http and https (mixed) access methods which is blocked by default for several years now in all modern browsers. You have to allow "insecure content" to be able to complete password reset step and remove temporary block flag from your account. See How to get Chrome to allow mixed content?
Just an FYI. My account is pre 2017 and I must use username but not email address to access droneacademy - the parrot cloud service which stores all flight data.
Thank you all for your help
