I can confirm the following power bank charges Anafi batteries successfully. It includes a USB-C to USB-C cable, and supports Power Delivery 12V @ 2A. However, after it charges an Anafi battery to 100% it does something strange I'm not quite sure what to make of yet; it flashes the Anafi battery's lights once, the power bank lights stay solid, then all lights go off, and after a brief time it repeats that cycle. I doubt the Anafi battery is trying to recharge the power bank because none of the power bank lights blink (which signals it is charging).
