Yes and the same is also true on the other photo, but not so much.

Are the images generated from RAW or is it an JPG from the SD card ?

Is this Raw footage that you uploaded to youtube or did you run it through a video editing software that uploaded you video to youtube? Sometimes editing software will not render the video properly. If this is Raw footage then I suggest talking to Parrot CS as there is something really wrong with your camera.

Okay, it's a screenshot. Yes, it may originate from almost anywhere in the chain. It does not matter then, since it is not Anafi that makes the spots.
