For some reason,my Samsung A72 cant read the QR code, and every time I put in the wifi password I get it wrong. I know there are, 0`O but one looks like a @.

Please can somebody help me? I have enclosed a picture of the password.

Also, can I change the password to something easier once I have done this?

Thank you very much.

Hello HPDnewbie
Sure looks like either 43@0OLFEHI@E or 43@0OLFEH1@E
If you have the original carrying case there should be a larger label (drone compartment) that contains wifi key and is QR scannable -
If all else fails you can perform a hard reset of drone and it will generate a text file on drones micro SD card called wifi_security_key.txt
You can then open with text editor to see the wifi key code -
After a hard reset you will need to pair controller again and go thru settings as they change back to default
Attached troubleshooting guide for reset
good luck

Hi, it was the @ that was confusing me.
But I then noticed, that even though I could not open it with a QR reader, it showed the password in a lot easier-to-read format.

Thanks anyway.

Glad you got it working and welcome to the forum. Link below on how to change network settings-ssid, password, etc.
Keep in mind that if you ever perform a hard reset of drone values will revert back to factory defaults.
Happy flying
