Photos format on anafi

Does anyone knows why photos from Anafi are only 4:3 not 16:9?

I may be wrong but I think that the Anafi camera's sensor is 4:3 ratio or there abouts. So you either get an image from the full sensor called jpeg-wide, or a slightly cropped image that has been corrected for distortion called jpeg-rect. if you want a 16:9 image then just crop to top and bottom off it!
