Forgive me if this has already been discussed, but what does “reaction score” mean as listed under number of messages posted by an individual?

It's the equivalent of a "like" - how many times someone has hit the Like button for your post. P.S. don't forget to hit that like button -> -> -> -> -> -> -> -> -> -> v v v v v v v v
