Hello,
I am an owner of a Parrott Bluegrass for almost two years now. The last 6 months it presents a malfunctioning while on mission. The Sequoia camera stops storing images on the SD Card. I use the Pix4D Capture software to my mobile phone connected to the SkyControler. Pix4D indicates that mission is continuing normally and shows image capturing on the screen. But after landing and ejecting the card i realize that it actually had stoped capturing after few images. In the beginning this happened occasionally but now it occurs every time.
I tried the following but none of these worked
- Format the SD card
- Use another SD Card (SanDisk 32GB extreme)
- Try to set storage space only in the internal memory (but it didn’t save anything, even when I totally removed the SD card)
- Update Sequoia to the latest firmware
- Recover factory settings on Sequoia (actually this appeared to solve the problem but only for a while)
I tried to get in contact with the service part of Parrot before 6 months but I got no reply (their system returned to me an automatic email asking for specific information which I provided but after that….nothing
I tried again two weeks ago but I don’t expect a response (imagine that I did sent some images via WeTransfer that they weren’t even downloaded)
Did anybody had a similar issue and are there any solutions?
Thanks
Chris
