Vertical camera malfunction

My drone hit the wall and tried turning it off and resetting it and removed app and redone loaded it again and still Alarm Verticial alarm malfunction when on app all I see is snow and says Verticial camera Malfunction contact Parrott . Has anyone had this and did you fix it and if so can you please tell me how to fix issue walk me threw it as if I am a child . Please

Sounds like you need to contact Parrot . This is far more serious then what I expierenced. A simple reset of the Anafi fix my camera malfunction.

The only fix that seems to work sometimes is to take the Anafi apart and try to re-seat the cable. This of course will void your warranty but some people don't care and have been successful. Since you had a crash I do not think the warranty will cover any repair\exchange so this might be a option for you.
