360° video with four stops - how to?

How would you do this?
Starting the ANAFI and climbing to a certain heigth using a Flight Plan. And now taking a 360° video with stops (eg 2 seconds) in each direction (N, E, S, W).

I have already 'programmed' a similar Flight Plan with stopping at a certain point and doing a 360° video but without stops.
In this first try the rotation was to fast (the landscape almost races by) but I learned that the rotation speed could be set in the Flight Plan or in the general settings (racing, cinema, film). I will try this for sure but there is still the challenge with the four stops.

Any idea how this could be done?

@abant has made up a web program to do Orbits. I have tested it and it works great. Perhaps you could use this program and then edit the flight plan with pauses at the waypoints you want.
