Bebop 1 just blinks

anyone have the same problem? I cannot fly or connect to it at all just blinks green no way to load new firmware either.
The manual says a blinking green means booting up
I botched a firmware downgrade (don't ever do it) and now it just blinks. I need instructions to reflash the main board as I can't connect to it through, USB, ftp or wireless. seems stuck in an endless bootup loop.

Note, that this is for recovery from botched Ardupilot install, you will probably need to use different commands (and files).
