Damaged Skycontroller 3.

After two flights my Skycontroller stopped searching for connections with the drone, only the white led is on. A repeated reset did not help.
Connects easily to your smartphone.
I contacted Parrot EU Warranty Service, got the case number and ... that's it.. No more contact or solution suggestions.
Today, a complaint in the store.
We'll see what's next.
It is a pity that this is how it begins.
The set was bought on November 6, 2019.

Do you have any experience with the Parrot EU warranty service?

You warranty and guarantee is with the retailer in the EU - so just return the whole thing to the retailer and get a replacement unit. You are within 30 days of your purchase date, so the retailer has to replace or refund you.

DO NOT DEAL with Parrot for any warranty help - or you will wait forever.

Hi.

My Anafi in warranty service already 15 days. I hope to be back soon.

I contacted Parrot EU from their website, the reply came after 12 days !!!

She was like this:

Earlier I told them that the problem is with Skycontroller3, not the drone.
Suggestions do not help in anything, I did so before I gave it to the warranty service.

I have drones from other companies, the answer to any problem gets the same day. Maybe someday Parrot EU will improve customer contact.
