Does anybody know of software that will combine a sequence of photos (e.g., from burst, time lapse or gps lapse) into a video?

Vegas movie studio (used to be Sony but now Magix) will do this. It's not free though it is fairly cheap (and you can start with a free trial). I suspect plenty of other options exist too, but not tried any others.
