Gimbal and Electronic Stabilization when Taking Photos?

Does it seem right that gimbal and/or electronic stabilization is not enabled during photo taking, which result is quite blurry photos taken at night with long exposure?

Gimbal should be active, but you get no yaw stabilization since the gimbal is only 2-axis.
