Latency issue

I’ve had my Bebop 2 since the first of the year, had a few new comer boo-boos and had to replace a motor and some props but my current issue is the BB isn’t responding well to my commands from the SkyController. Now mind you I do couple my iPhone as I always have but I’m seeing unbelievable latency issues, as much as 8 seconds response time from controller to BB. I’ve done the reset a few times and I’m at a loss here. Please lend me your thoughts. Thanks

You should post this question on the BEBOP 2 section.

What iPhone are you using? Older iPhone may be too slow.
