Manual photo control

Anybody have problem on manual control of ISO, exposure etc. I tried last night, when i switch to PRO, i cannot manually adjust iso or exposure, even if i swith iso or exp again it goes on Auto, and i cannot scroll values of this settings, am i doing something wrong something is wrong with app, or phone?

Yes. I cant adjust iso or shutter on my iphone 7 plus. They are grey when pro is activated.
