Hi all, just setting up the Bebop 2, tried taking a couple photos but the wont load on the Freelight Pro app. Tried plugging into my Mac and that won’t work either. Does anyone know how to load the photos/videos?

Seems impossible to contact Parrot as well.

connect bebop and controller, open freeflight pro,hit SD memory next to Controller icon, hit Format, hit Fly,hit Setting icon, hit Video and here i am not sure anymore, its been long time,i think you can choose type of video shots, like jpg, choose something but png,try to make few shots, record video,go back to Freeflight Pro main screen, you Memory icon next to controller icon should look like pizza missing a slice, hit icon to access files or hit icon in upper left corner and than hit Gallery…..if that doesnt work let me know and ill pull my old bebop 2 out of storage and charge battery to make some tests(if my old batterys are still good 😳)

PS.
if all that above doesnt work, reset bebop 2 by starting bebop, wait till is connectd to controller and freeflight pro opens, press and hold power button in bebop for 15 seconds, wait for bebop to go trough reset procedure ,reset is done once bebop reconnects to controller

Screenshots show the issue might be the parrot account settings. They shut down the parrot account awhile ago so I am not sure how that could affect setting up Freeflight pro on a new device. I still use mine but the app is already set up. (I use an older spare phone) The only difference with me now is the app does not upload the flight data to the account anymore since its gone. I have to take each flight and email it to myself. Thankfully flight data manager can import the file and create the GPX files from that.

Try plugging the drone directly into the computer, it should show as a thumbdrive and copy the files from it

As mikeexplorer suggested, connect your Bebop and computer with the USB cable and download videos and photos directly. It anyway is much faster than via the app.
