Flight Controller Serial Number

Hello all.

I have 3 Anafi USA I need to find the Flight Controller Serial Numbers for. I have the serial number of the drone itself but not the FC serial number. Is there a simple way of finding this? I found a program called ShowmeAnafiLog but I still cant seem to find a way of finding the .json files. What do I do my friends?

Not sure if Anafi USA is same as standard Anafi 4K but is so see post #38 in link below. Basically connect to Anafi web sever through IP address and have drone and controller connected go to info page for controller and it should show a serial number. You will need to find IP address for controller on info page for drone first. Been a while since I have done this but I think it’s covered in post below. Good luck

Edit. Btw before trying above open FF6 and press on controller icon button at top of page when open that should also show SN to the right.

Skycontroller 3 update error

Hello. I have the same issue as Jennifer. The Skycontroller 3 won't finish updating. It gets stuck in the "Update and Reboot" phase and never ends. I've tried several times with different cables and different devices. I've waited 3 hours waiting to complete. My drone and FreeFlight 6 app are up...
