New Pilot and first UAV

Hey all, I'm a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specialist by profession and just recently got my Part 107 certification, so I can start doing some UAV mapping and photogrammetry on the job. Zero UAV history prior to that. I'm trying to build up some experience in my free time, so I bought a slightly used Anafi and have had it out twice already. So, Hello!

Couple of questions for the Anafi crowd and larger drone community in general:
1. What's the best way to get flight and battery data from the Anafi from before I owned it?
2. Aside from preflight checks and firmware updates, is there any routine maintenance recommended for the Anafi?
3. What free or inexpensive software or other resources would you recommend to use with the Anafi? (Flight planning, flight logging, maintenance, data processing, photogrammetry, etc.)
4. What are some common issues, complaints, things to watch out for with the Anafi?
5. What else should I have asked about?

Thanks in advance. I'm pretty excited to jump into this new adventure/hobby/skill set.
