This Anafi is my first drone so I am still trying to figure out how everything works, is the elevation reading suppose to change with the contour of the ground if you are flying on a horizontal plane, mine does not if I fly from the top of a hill strait out it reads the same elevation even though the ground slopes down increasing the distance from the drone to the ground, is this right or do I have something not set up right, I would think it should read distance from the ground as the contour changes.

The elevation reading is relative to take off point , rather than an actual altimeter. If you haven't done so already you should download and ponder this :~

Anafi can use several altitude references. Primary is the onboard barometer which takes a reference at take off so it doesn't care about the ground(AGL).
Anafi will use the downward facing sensors(VPS) to hold a minimum height AGL and it works pretty good. There is no calculation here just terrain following and is limited to 30 feet or less in my experience.
Anafi can also switch to an off board barometer like in a tablet during Follow Me, this way Anafi will maintain a specific height above the subject rather than use the on board barometer or ground as a reference; this makes a huge difference in autonomous flight.

Thanks sounds like it is working correctly, now I need to figure out why I keep getting wifi interference messages it may be the cell tower 800 yards from my house

No I do not think the phone transmitter 800 yards from your location is giving you the message of wifi interference. I guess it's your self with your phone. Try putting flight mode on so you stop all wifi and bluetooth traffic from your phone.

A shame, so strong wifi / bluetooth activity from a modern clock or from nearby houses?
You can try to looking on the wifi activity on the wifi setup page and choose a free channel to operate on. The alternative is to try flying at another location.

I will try some where else this weekend most of my flying will be away from any WiFi/Bluetooth just trying to figure this thing out around the house, thanks
