Offline Maps

Using a Galaxy Tab S and it had been previously loading a map ok. However, I now cannot get my maps to load any of the 17 tiles it just stays on preparing 1/17 any idea what the problem might be ?

I'm using wifi to download the maps.

Might be something as simple as just hard rebooting your tablet.

Done that Agustine, and re-installed the app.

Hmmm well I just tried on my LG G6 phone and it worked perfectly so I would say its not a glitch in the App.
Sounds like you did everything I would have tried so I am out of suggestions. Hopefully someone will come along and give you some more options to try.

Speaking of downloaded maps does anyone know where they are located on the phone and how to figure out what they cover? I forget what I did 6 months ago. (not to mention what I had for dinner last night.) ?

The maps download fine on my Mi A2 phone. Perhaps it's just a tablet problem.
