This morning I wanted to fly to get some photos... Everything was normal, battery was charged, and the Anifi cameras video was on the screen... Outside temp was 40 degrees F. Could not takeoff... message on screen.."Battery temperature to cold for takeoff"???? Never seen this before and I have flown in colder weather? Any information would be appreciated so I can fly again..

I've heard of the warning before but not sure at what temperature the battery would have to be at to trigger the warning. While you may have flown in colder temperatures the actual battery temperature may not have been colder. I would warm up the battery (body heat for a few minutes) and then give it another try.

Although it never gets cold enough where I fly, based on other discussions in the forums, I wouldn't let the battery drop below 30% before landing in very cold weather (I would recommend this for any 'risky' flying).
