Parrot support regarding BETA firmware and lost purchases

I fired off an email to Parrot support regrading the v3.6.1-rc2 BETA firmware that I inadvertently installed and the loss of my 2 in app purchases.... yay.. received a reply about 10 min ago.. all they wanted to know was "Kindly provide us with the order number of your in-app purchases" ....WTF... no help with the BETA firmware.....

Ya I got the same response yesterday. Sent in my order numbers and still waiting to see what happens now.

typical runaround.... have you read the reply to this World-inhouse apk on Parrot official website

Ya I just got another reply on Google Play Store stating what was posted on the developers web page.
More run around and bull crap.
Of course doing what they said to do is the reason we don't have our In App Purchases anymore but hey they just don't seem to get it.

Yep, we sure did...
